At the time of enrollment, all students must apply or have the following items:
- A certified copy of the most recent school study / Senior Certificate or highest certificate or results.
- An original / approved copy of the identity document/affidavit, as well as a snapshot, if the identity document/birth certificate is missing or lost.
- Fees that must be paid as a deposit.
- Money for textbooks, kits, stationery, and learning materials is also included (where applicable).
- If you are under the age of 18, you should be supported by a parent or guardian.
- Proof of residency and contact information is needed.

Step 1: Go to the school’s campus and get your application form.
To stop having your application rejected, make sure you submit it within the application period.
Step 2: Complete the form by attaching all necessary documents to support your application.
Step 3: Keep in mind that you will need an email address to complete the form; therefore, if you do not have one, it is advisable to build one.
