Your NSFAS Wallet will allow you to withdraw cash or make purchases from any NSFAS-registered merchant. Allowance amounts are decided in cooperation with institutions and communicated to NSFAS at the time of registration. Are you attempting to access your allowances but receiving an error message stating that your account has been locked? If you have typed your NSFAS Wallet password incorrectly more than three times, you will receive this notice. This is merely a precaution to prevent fraudsters from gaining access to your allowances. Please make a note of your NSFAS Wallet password and keep it secure.
