Here is how to login to your myNSFAS account:
- Go to www.nsfas.org.za and click on “myNsfas account“.
- Enter your username and password. The username is usually your email address.
- Click on the “My personal details” tab.
- Update your cellphone number and/or email address to your current one.
- Click “Update your details” to proceed.
- A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the new number and email address that you have provided.
- Enter the OTP and click submit.
- Your details will immediately be updated.

Don’t worry; by following these methods, you may easily retrieve your Nsfas login password:
1. Go to the “Forgot your password” section and type in your ID number.
2. Select if you’ve forgotten your username or password, then click “Submit.”
3. An OTP will be sent to you via email and SMS.
4. Please enter the OTP you were sent and click “Submit.”
5. After that, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
